Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern programming languages.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot bugs and optimize system performance.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to existing problems.
- Document technical requirements and provide user training where necessary.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and web technologies (HTML/CSS/React).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for a minimum of 12 weeks during the summer.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
