Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Team: Provide technical support for internal hardware and software issues.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing software development and data entry projects.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Content Creation: Help draft reports and update departmental documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and brainstorming sessions.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Business, or Communications.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Technical: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic programming concepts is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
