Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams in executing digital campaigns and social media strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and present findings to department supervisors.
- Support technical operations by troubleshooting software issues and assisting in data entry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for upcoming initiatives.
- Ensure all administrative records are updated accurately and confidentially.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and a proactive team player.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) during the summer.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
