Responsibilities

- Support customer service inquiries via phone and email with a focus on local clients.
- Monitor supply chain logistics and update tracking systems accurately.
- Conduct market research and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong typing and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
