As an Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our 24/7 systems run smoothly. You will work closely with senior analysts to monitor data flows, support client needs during off-hours, and contribute to process improvements that impact the entire organization.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance logs during overnight shifts to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the collection and entry of critical business data into secure databases with 100% accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to remote team members during peak off-hours.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to hand off critical information and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company protocols and new technologies.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, Operations, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional demeanor.
