Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and project management.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports on industry trends and competitors.
- Support the sales department in preparing client presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor and engage with our social media channels to boost brand awareness.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and team-building activities.
- Update and maintain internal databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student preferred).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a professional corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer are essential.
