Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with administrative tasks and daily project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and content drafts for senior leadership.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the community under supervision.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months (May - August).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital tools and social media platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (for remote candidates).
