Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the processing and entry of data into internal databases and CRM systems.
- Respond to internal support tickets and inquiries with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
- Document processes and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Participate in nightly team briefings and handover meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office Suite, and internet navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
