Responsibilities
- Monitor data streams and system performance during night shifts to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform high-volume data entry and quality assurance checks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist the technical support team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update digital logs, spreadsheets, and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
- Adhere to all company safety and compliance protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (or recently graduated).
- Availability to work 3-5 nights per week (e.g., Sunday through Thursday).
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
