Apex Data Systems is seeking motivated and detail-oriented students to join our team this summer as Night Shift Interns. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment while supporting our 24/7 operations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming data streams during evening hours.
- Assist the quality assurance team in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure workflow continuity.
- Conduct basic research to support ongoing projects and reports.
- Update client databases with accurate information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
