Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in executing daily workflows and maintaining office efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage project documentation, scheduling, and coordination for internal teams.
- Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Support administrative functions including data entry, report generation, and filing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales departments to achieve quarterly goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer session.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
