Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate material handling equipment and production lines during the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% compliance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Accurately document production data, shift logs, and inventory counts using SAP or proprietary software.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover and problem resolution.
- Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time shifts, specifically the Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry systems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial warehouse environment.
- Current enrollment in a degree program with expected graduation in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024.
