As a Night Shift Intern at Apex Logistics, you will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting our logistics network in the heart of Detroit. Responsibilities
- Assist the night shift lead in coordinating daily logistics and inventory management tasks.
- Monitor and update digital inventory records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Generate and compile daily operational reports and logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
