Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receiving, picking, and packing of merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or damages to the inventory control team.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or GED program, or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during the summer and fall seasons.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry systems.
- Excellent physical stamina required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for company vehicle use).
