Apex Logistics Solutions is currently seeking motivated college students to join our dynamic team for our Summer Night Shift Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, earn college credit, and work in a fast-paced environment without the daytime commute.
As an intern, you will work directly with our operations team, helping to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services during the critical overnight hours. We pride ourselves on mentorship and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of shipments during the night shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and update digital records in our warehouse management system.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve any logistical discrepancies.
- Participate in daily safety briefings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at a college or university.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
