Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Monitor server performance and network traffic during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by the team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs and technical documentation of nightly processes.
- Code Review: Assist senior developers in reviewing pull requests and optimizing code efficiency.
- Support: Provide basic technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Security: Assist in implementing security protocols and checking for vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
