Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance during evening hours to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist the operations team with data entry, processing, and verification tasks.
- Respond to technical inquiries from internal clients with accuracy and professionalism.
- Generate and update daily operational reports and logs.
- Support the maintenance of software and hardware inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or GED program.
- Prior experience in a customer service or data entry role is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid state ID or driver's license.
