Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support business strategy.
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management review.
- Help organize and coordinate company events, webinars, and team-building activities.
- Learn and utilize various CRM and office productivity software tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
- Must be available to work a full-time summer schedule (40 hours per week).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
