Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations and data entry tasks.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and research.
- Monitor and organize client inquiries and provide basic assistance.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Help coordinate and prepare for upcoming company events.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing and scanning documents.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong desire to learn and improve professional skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta office.
