Responsibilities
- Assist the Team: Support daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Shadowing & Learning: Observe meetings and project phases to understand industry best practices.
- Data Management: Organize, update, and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research to assist senior staff with project planning and strategy.
- Project Support: Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal reviews.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between departments and help coordinate schedules.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, reliable, and punctual with a strong desire to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time or part-time schedule during summer months.
