What You Will Do
As a Summer Intern, you will support our daily operations and assist in various projects to ensure our business goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business decisions.
- Manage incoming inquiries via email and phone with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Support the marketing department in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and company records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and organizational workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, bachelor's, or graduate program.
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote tasks.
- Must be available for the duration of the summer program (12-14 weeks).
