Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with data collection and market research analysis.
- Manage and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Support the administrative team with filing, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Participate in weekend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in creating weekly content posts.
- Perform quality assurance checks on digital assets and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
