Welcome to NexGen Dynamics. We are seeking a dedicated Summer/Fall Intern to join our fast-paced team in Jacksonville. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment without prior experience required.
As an intern, you will work closely with our senior staff to learn the ins and outs of our operations while contributing to real-world projects that impact our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with a professional demeanor.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media content scheduling and research.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills.
- Conduct market research and compile basic reports for the management team.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and physical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work part-time during summer and fall semesters.
