Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development projects
- Assist in testing, debugging, and documenting code under mentor guidance
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Contribute to agile workflows using Jira and Confluence
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Support data analysis tasks using Excel and SQL basics
- Complete 20 hours of paid technical training modules
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Available for 12-16 hours/week during Summer/Fall 2023
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
