Responsibilities
- Support community outreach initiatives through local event coordination and volunteer management
- Assist in data collection and analysis for neighborhood impact studies
- Collaborate on program development for youth engagement and educational workshops
- Conduct research on Baltimore's urban development challenges and opportunities
- Support administrative tasks including reporting and stakeholder communications
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute innovative ideas
- Document project outcomes and maintain impact metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (all majors welcome)
- No prior professional experience required
- Strong desire to learn and contribute to community-focused initiatives
