Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations: Manage incoming communications, sort mail, and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Support the marketing team: Help with social media scheduling, content research, and basic graphic design tasks using Canva.
- Data management: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM system.
- Customer support: Respond to basic inquiries via email and phone, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Project assistance: Prepare materials for weekly team meetings and assist in organizing company events.
- Shadowing opportunities: Observe and learn from senior employees during departmental huddles.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We are looking for attitude and aptitude, not a specific background.
- Currently enrolled: Must be a high school senior, college student, or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to speak clearly and write professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
