Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the administrative and technical teams with daily tasks and data entry.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research to help the marketing team identify trends and opportunities.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by organizing files, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Content Creation: Help draft basic social media posts and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Incoming Freshman or Sophomore preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and eagerness to learn over technical skills.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a consistent schedule during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs office.
