Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with data entry, research, and administrative duties.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Shadow senior employees to learn industry best practices, workflows, and technical skills.
- Help maintain and update internal databases and documentation.
- Support the coordination of company events and community outreach activities.
- Prepare simple reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate (Summer/Fall 2024).
- No prior professional experience is required; we are looking for eagerness to learn.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in El Paso.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
