Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Team: Support daily operations, including drafting social media content and researching industry trends.
- Data Analysis & Entry: Help maintain and organize our database of client information using Microsoft Excel.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting market research and preparing presentation materials.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Weekly Team Meetings: Attend and actively participate in weekly brainstorming sessions and training workshops.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of our summer networking events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Academic Status: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship program.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months (May through August).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attitude: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
