Responsibilities
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the administrative team with daily tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research to help identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Content Creation: Draft social media posts, blog drafts, and internal reports under supervision.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate logistics for upcoming company summer events and team-building activities.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients via email and phone to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Learning & Development: Attend weekly training sessions to learn about business operations and company culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is required. We are looking for attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours) during the summer months.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
