Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive intelligence.
- Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts and basic graphic design.
- Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and project briefings.
- Prepare and format weekly progress reports and presentation slides for senior management.
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues and learn our internal software tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- No prior professional work experience is required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site team building in Phoenix).
