Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in preparing reports.
- Support the social media team in creating content and engaging with our online community.
- Attend team meetings and take detailed notes to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Help organize and coordinate internal events and client outreach activities.
- Learn and utilize various office software and CRM tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior preferred).
- No prior professional experience required; internships are the perfect way to start.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the summer/fall.
- Basic computer literacy and a quick learning curve for new software.
