Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software tools and CRM platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media channels and internal newsletters.
- Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for management.
- Support client relations by answering inquiries and providing excellent service.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program.
- No previous work experience required; we value eagerness to learn over pedigree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the summer/fall.
- Valid student ID and proof of enrollment.
