As an Intern at Apex Innovations, you will work closely with our project managers and technical staff, contributing to real-world projects while learning the ropes of modern business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support Team: Monitor and maintain internal systems and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for employees.
- Data Management: Organize and update digital databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to assist the marketing department in strategy formulation.
- Project Assistance: Support the execution of ongoing projects by preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming inquiries via email and phone, providing friendly and accurate assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for workflow optimization and suggest improvements based on observations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over technical expertise.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a general understanding of computer operations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the Summer or Fall semester.
