This 12-week program runs from June 1st to August 15th, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Responsibilities
- Collaborate on real-world projects using modern tech stacks (Python, React, AWS)
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning with cross-functional teams
- Document project progress and contribute to team wikis
- Attend weekly tech talks and professional development workshops
- Shadow senior engineers to understand industry best practices
- Build a portfolio project demonstrating problem-solving skills
- Present final project outcomes to department leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a US-based undergraduate program (any major)
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during internship period
- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Interest in tech industry (no coding experience required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Seattle-based preferred (not required for remote days)
