Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in organizing daily workflows and scheduling.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic planning.
- Prepare presentation materials and internal reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and analysis.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service support.
- Shadow senior staff to learn industry best practices and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university program.
- Must be available for full-time summer employment (June through August).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
