Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications and websites.
- Analyze user requirements and contribute to the documentation of technical specifications.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements to current processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer session.
