Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and marketing teams in developing and testing software applications and digital campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in agile daily stand-ups and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor system performance and report bugs or technical issues to the development team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (Python, Java, or C# preferred) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
