Responsibilities
- Assist in executing SEO campaigns and analyzing web traffic data using Google Analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the technical recruitment team with candidate sourcing and preliminary screening.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and internal newsletters.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on digital asset development.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
