Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist senior team members in executing daily operations and special projects.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends in the Florida and Virginia markets.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize digital databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments via email and phone.
- Event Coordination: Help organize company events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports and presentation materials for management reviews.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Location: Must be based in Miami, FL, or willing to relocate to Virginia for the duration of the internship.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer months.
