Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in the design, development, and testing of software applications and internal tools.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic business planning.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile development meetings.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and process reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support data analysis projects to drive actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or programming concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during summer break.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
