Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily operations, software testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for internal processes and project updates.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative workshops.
- Perform routine administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and email management.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with client outreach and social media content creation.
- Monitor and report on daily project milestones and deliverables to the team lead.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, business operations, or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
