Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs in our support portal.
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement new software solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions on internal tools and applications.
- Participate in agile development meetings and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software development, data analysis, or IT support.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setting.
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week during summer months.
