Responsibilities
- Support software development teams in coding, debugging, and testing applications
- Analyze market trends and compile data-driven reports for product strategy
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels
- Participate in cross-functional agile sprints and sprint retrospectives
- Document project workflows and maintain shared knowledge repositories
- Shadow senior engineers during client consultations and technical demonstrations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid US work authorization required
