- Data Analysis: Help gather and analyze market research data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Project Coordination: Attend weekly team meetings and assist in coordinating summer project timelines and deliverables.
- Customer Support: Provide general support to the customer service department and help resolve client inquiries.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing company-sponsored events and networking sessions.
- Administrative Support: Maintain office organization, manage filing systems, and prepare presentation materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (freshman to senior year) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attitude: Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the office in Raleigh, NC.
