Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting the office or retail floor.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries for team meetings and strategic planning.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support upcoming summer events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a vocational program.
- Must be available to work during the summer months (June through August).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
