As a weekend intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless weekend coverage, support customer inquiries, and assist with various administrative projects. We value creativity, hard work, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to weekend customer inquiries and support tickets via email and phone.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records of daily operations.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to prepare materials for weekend events.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly reports on industry trends.
- Support the logistics team with inventory management and stock checks.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and represent the brand positively.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
