Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute summer projects and assist in data collection and analysis.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in agile development sprints, writing clean code and debugging technical issues under supervision.
- Attend daily stand-ups, technical workshops, and company training sessions to enhance professional skills.
- Update project documentation and maintain organized records of progress and deliverables.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and social media content to promote company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic coding knowledge (Python, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability to new technologies, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
