Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering and product teams in executing daily development tasks, code reviews, and testing protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to design, develop, and deploy software solutions and marketing collateral.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and internal reports to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions to improve team productivity.
- Manage social media channels and assist in content creation for the company's digital presence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate level preferred).
- Demonstrated academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours) during the summer session.
