Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with data entry and research projects.
- Shadow team members to understand daily workflows and industry standards.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
- Support the coordination of company events and internal communications.
- Learn to utilize basic CRM and productivity software tools.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or a recent high school graduate.
- No prior professional experience is required; we teach you the skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC.
